Alcohol

Cellulose

Brazil is the world’s largest producer of short fiber celulose, because the Brazilian climate favors the planting of eucalyptus, a species native to Australia, where eucalyptus trees have the highest productivity, not only because of the favorable climatic factor as well as investments in forestry technology. Eucalyptus cellulose accounts for 73% of the entire short fiber cellulose market, with a demand of 24 million tons in 2017.

Brazil has an immense amount of mineral wealth with great export potential in the Marble and Granite sector. It is the 8th country in block exports and the 5th largest exporter of finished ornamental rocks.
